Guidelines

• The group is unofficially known as the "DCE Users Group of Michigan" (DUGM) (note that the previous working acronym of MDUG conficted with the Michigan DB/2 Users's Group, also known as MDUG)
• The group is to be as informal as possible, with no moneys involved
• Meetings will be held monthly:
  • at 1-4 p.m.
  • at U-M/CITI unless a special presentation requires an alternate site
  • 2nd Thursday of each month
  • Michigan-only membership for regular meetings
  • Possible larger/longer regional meetings, as decided by group
  • Assignment to take minutes will rotate among members; assigned scribe to assign scribe for next meeting
• Meeting content to be determined by committee. Initial committee members include:
  • Tom Hunwick, EDS
  • Andy Mellon, Ford
  • Darlene Paradise, NT
  • John Barclay, Chrysler
  • Bob Brandt, Ford
• Janani Janakiraman will maintain an e-mail list and membership database --Group mail list is private and a separate list will be created for contact purposes. The members of that list will be determined at the next DUGM meeting.
• OSF and the international users group will be informed of the creation of this group
